new major: comparative literature with an emphasis on cultural studies!

change of plans!

so i've been going crazy lately cuz I wasn't happy with my major! i was doing business management and that ish is intense! I've never been interested in businesses or their stock value stuff. It never interested mostly because I didn't understand it. And I don't want to understand because I don't feel like it's my thing. My brother and cousin are into that stuff but I'm not. so i dreaded going to class! I've been told all my life to do what I want, what I desire. But at the same time, I've been pushed and forced toward business management because it's the best way to get rich. I totally understand that, but who cares! it's not the only way to make money! I can just marry someone who is rich. jk.

anywho, I've put so much thought into this and have decided to major in Literature! wooooo! then go to the FTTA! GOODDAY!

COLLEGE CONFERENCE THIS WEEKEND! YAY

too bad I won't see my bf :( he's leaving to Santa Barbara!! OMG WHAT AM I GOING TO DO!!!

yup it's been....idk how long. but i've been a little busy. work school & bf >.< but today feels like it's going to be a chill & relaxed day. at first I was annoyed that I had no plans & my bf was too busy for me, but now, after watching "new in town" with renee z something, I feel very energized! In the movie she's a very successful woman & goes out and gets what she wants! I wanna be like that. Sometimes I feel like i have nothing going for me since I don't have anything I'm passionate about, cept volleyball, which i haven't played in like 1 yr btw. But i was thinking, something I really am passionate about is the environment. I feel like it's an interesting topic, and would like to help with it. Might look into studying that or working for that. I am currently studying business management, which could help me with that, but I think I want to look into environmental...whatever. I don't even know what it's called! but anyways, I just wanted to write it down somewhere so I won't forget. I do that a lot...

So today, after watching the movie and watching the main character go for a run, I decided to do Zumba! i have the dvds and want to do it more often cuz I'm gaining weight! i've never been fat, and never want to be! I wanna eat healthier too! I"m actually very proud of myself cuz instead of having a mcdonald's eggmcmuffin I had cereal! & half a choc muffin >.< but just ignore that. anywho, now I'm watching the holiday (one of my fav movies) and gna shower soon. thinking about cooking something for lunch! and planning to watch "five" at 5pm, lol that's funny! anywho, I hope to write on this more often. feels good to just let things out!

watching the novela with the grandma and the mother :) today was an interesting day. Got a text in the morning from a special someone, or at least special to me, not sure if I'm special to him. we had a very interesting conversation, but stopped and now I miss him. too bad he doesn't miss me. anyways, this week is thanksgiving week! yay. cept for the fact us student workers don't get paid holidays, so we have to work extra to make the moneyy$$ -_- it's ok, I'll survive. I have to apply to the univesities before next tuesday, so I'm hoping to finish that before Thursday. I also need to write some papers for extra credit for 2 of my classes. Need all the extra credit I can get! lol ugh, hate school. I just want to finish ASAP so I can be freeee and get a full time job and make more money! wee. I got a new car hehe it's a Scion xd! changed it for the Toyota Celica, because we paid too much monthly and it was too tiny. I mean, it was an awesome car! the guy at the Honda Dealership asked why we sold it cuz they don't make em anymore, but my brother and I are huge! and it's tiny. My brother got a car too! Honda Civic SI, and I'm so happy for him. ok enough, I 'm going shopping with my mama cuz she wants some stuff :) have a good night.
